focus on large markets with life cycle management opportunities and
find niche sub-segments within these markets with low promotional
noise for marketed products. We seek to purchase rights to certain
products with potential as well as
existing, well-known brand names or trademarks in the space. We
believe a life cycle management drug with a well-known brand name or
trademark operating in a segment without intense competition
provides a strong foundation to execute a growth strategy in the
specialty pharmaceutical industry. A final component in our strategy
that differentiates us from traditional specialty pharmaceutical
models includes partnering with leading domestic and international
pharmaceutical companies to develop and promote products in the U.S.
markets.
